Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and proactive volunteer to join our team and support our partnership and sponsorship initiatives. As a Volunteer for Partnership and Sponsorships, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, investors, and sponsors who are vital to the success of our programs and the startups we support.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential partners and sponsors who align with our mission and values.
Assist in developing and executing partnership and sponsorship strategies to secure funding and resources for our programs.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners and sponsors, ensuring they receive regular updates and recognition.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
Help organize and coordinate partnership and sponsorship events, such as networking sessions, pitch events, and conferences.
Track and report on partnership and sponsorship activities, including progress towards goals and impact measurements
Requirements:
Passion for startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Previous experience in partnership development, sponsorship, sales, or related fields is a plus.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
