Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic volunteer to join our team and support our incubator programs. As a Volunteer for Incubator Programs, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of our programs, helping early-stage startups navigate their entrepreneurial journey. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the startup ecosystem and contribute to the growth of promising tech ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing incubator program activities, including workshops, mentoring sessions, and networking events.

  • Support the recruitment and selection process of startups for our incubator programs.

  • Help coordinate logistics for program events, such as venue setup, scheduling, and participant communications.

  • Work closely with program mentors and advisors to ensure startups receive the guidance and support they need.

  • Gather feedback from program participants and assist in evaluating the impact and effectiveness of the programs.

  • Contribute to the creation of program materials, such as handbooks, presentations, and promotional content.

  • Maintain program records and documentation, ensuring accurate tracking of participant progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Passion for startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

  • Previous experience in event planning, program coordination, or related fields is a plus.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
